Under Section 73 of the Enhancement and Conservation of National Environmental Quality Act, operators of wastewater treatment systems must be licensed. GeoInfo built the national e-licensing platform.

• Operators register and apply for licences; owners of pollution sources register facilities with map locations and appoint operators.
• Local officials review applications and fees; PCD administrators supervise with notifications throughout.
• Professional-licence checks and ThaID digital-ID integration. Built on Laravel, Vite and SQL.

A second phase (licence renewal, appeals and an analytics dashboard) has been proposed for 2025–2026.
